[Tuek Pok Ki] Cooking class (13.Dec.2022)

Cooking Class : Tuek Pok Ki 
Today, the owner of a korean restaurant, called 'Hama'(하마식당) came to PJ with her cook, sister Sray Mom to teach how to make Tuek Pok Ki(떡뽁기)which was well known as one of korean street foods. 
Sister Sray Mom has learnt her cooking skill under the lady for 19 years. So, she taught the female inmates how to prepare all ingredients, how to cut and told the process of making it in khmer. Most of the inmates and wardens knew about it 
through media, especially K-dramas. Therefore, they were interest in it. 
Once it was done, all enjoyed the dish. We cooked very much so we were able to share the food  with 8 of computer class students, around 10 wardens and another 30 inmates who stayed around the  classroom including 13 of our cooking class students. 
Two elderly ladies joined with us too. Lady, Kim Samuan shared her testimony and gave away of gospel tracts to the female inmates. 
Slowly they opened their hearts to us. They talked to us and showed their smile. Hope and pray that our lord may save them! 
I also donated some medicine from Korea to the doctor who was in charge in health department in PJ. 
Thank God for the partnership between Korean restaurant owner and her cook and two lady evangelists!
