This was the wonderful day that we celebrated Christmas, had baptised 12 brothers and gave the certificate of completion of short courses of Bible Study, English and Computer Class.
We provided curry Nom Bon Chuk to 700 inmates and wardens(CEAI supported 60% and Koh Kong Prison supported 40% for cooking curry).
Rev. and Dr. Kim Young Jin couple and Rev. Yong Vaiyee officated baptism of 12 new christian brothers and holy communion for 80 of us. Pastor Lady, the representative of YWAM attended and shared the word of God. They contributed some offerings for the celebration(200$ each).
Sis. Pei Yee and her son, Timothy Khoo came from Singapore Sion Presbyterian Church shared some words.
4 brothers presented free christian songs with playing guitars. 4 brothers recited bible verses in English. We praise the Lord that they showed big improvement.
Bro. Sophear shared his testimony in English and P.S. Vannah interpreted English to Khmer.
We were so happy to worship God with around 70 brothers and sisters and 10 guests from out side in our classroom.
We give thank, honor and glory to God who provided the needs and granted journey mercy from Phnompenh to Koh Kong.
May His Spirit bestow wisdom and spiritual gifts to the teachers and pastors and all new students for their learning knowldge and growing.
